Job Requirements/Details:

At Mark’s Fireworks, we’re looking for individuals who are at least 18 years old and ready to take on the challenges and thrills of the fireworks industry. Our stores will be open from approximately June 10 to July 10, covering the peak of the fireworks season when communities come together to celebrate.

As part of our team, you’ll enjoy a competitive base pay, complemented by bonuses and commission opportunities. With average earnings ranging from $2,500 to $5,500, your hard work will be rewarded generously, reflecting the sales volume during this bustling season.

This opportunity is especially well-suited for college students seeking a fulfilling summer job. Whether you’re looking to gain valuable experience, earn some extra income, or simply have a blast while working, Mark’s Fireworks is the place to be.

Safety is our top priority, which is why we provide comprehensive product and safety training to all our team members. You’ll learn everything you need to know to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for our customers and yourself.

But you won’t be in this alone. Each store will have a dedicated regional manager who will provide guidance and support every step of the way. From navigating daily operations to maximizing sales opportunities, your regional manager will be there to help you succeed.

As a store manager or assistant, your responsibilities will include:

  • Retail Sales and Merchandising: Providing excellent customer service, managing inventory, and maintaining store displays to maximize sales.
  • Local Marketing: Promoting your store within the community to drive traffic and increase sales.
  • Assistant Recruitment: Finding and hiring your own assistant to help during busy periods leading up to July 4th and to provide coverage when you need time off to recharge.
